In Bowness on holiday and needed advice, popped into the Pharmacy and had an overall good experience, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Old style and great customer service. A perfect local Chemist.

Couldn't have been more helpful today, my partner and I came away feeling like we'd had a little "small-town" magic!
Asked for nicotine patches, which they no longer stock, but the gentleman behind the counter went and found one last pack for me. Friendly, and went above and beyond. Couldn't recommend more highly, hugely preferable to just another Boots branch

Rude, condescending person behind pharmacy counter. Didn't have basic asthma medication in stock. Also seems to favour locals vs out-of-town folk. Avoid. Go to Boots instead.

We went to bowness-on-windermere at the weekend, on arriving on Friday my husband was diagnosed with Pluerasy this pharmacy was very helpful with his GP surgery in getting a prescription faxed for antibiotic therapy. Would definately use again.

Denied a child eye drops for conjunctivitis. Only went as boots was out of stock. Rude, smug sales assistant who clearly thinks they are far superior to Boots chemist refused to sell them.
