We had a really lovely stay at the Windermere Boutique Hotel. The room was spacious and stylish, with a great mix of comfort and little luxuries — the private hot tub was definitely a highlight. It felt peaceful and private, which was exactly what we were looking for.||The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. It’s also in a great spot — easy walking distance to both Windermere and Bowness, but still quiet enough to feel like a proper escape.||Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. We’d definitely come back for another break this hotel.

My partner and I had our first introduction to the Lake District while staying at this wonderful hotel, and it could not have been more perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.||Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a glass of prosecco, along with chocolates and beautifully crafted towel swans in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. We stayed in the Love Suite and were absolutely blown away by the presentation and attention to detail.||Although we only had breakfast at the hotel, it was consistently of excellent quality each morning. The breakfast featured locally sourced foods, including local bacon, sausages, and bakery items, all of which were absolutely delightful.||The suite itself was outstanding, featuring a fantastic hot tub that I truly did not want to leave behind, as well as a private steam room. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a lighted mirror and a spacious, powerful shower.||This was our first holiday in quite some time and we were both thoroughly delighted with our stay. Although we plan to visit Keswick next time, we have already agreed that we will definitely be returning here in the future. Thank you for making our stay so special and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

This was our second time at the hotel, both times in the J’adore suite, beautifully decorated, so much attention to detail. The bed, duvet & pillows are the comfiest ever! So much so, we actually missed breakfast on 3 out of 4 days ha. We had the best sleeps. The hot tub is fantastic. Each day, the room was beautifully decorated with towel animals, roses, chocolates, rose petals etc. In the bathroom, there are Molton Brown toiletries which are fantastic. We have an amazing breakfast of eggs Benedict on our last morning and we would highly recommend. Luca, Catherine and the other staff members are brilliant, we can’t wait to go back again. 10/10.

We stayed in the Tivoli for two nights. On the first night the steam room wouldn't work, it kept tripping the circuits and we were told they would try to fix that night or the day after. Additionally the mood lighting in the ceiling above the hot tub was not working. We were told they were aware and waiting for a bulb.||We had a lovely breakfast the following morning and went out walking. We popped back in to check on the repairs to the room for the second night to be told they couldn't fix it the steam room.||Their offer of compensation was a breakfast in bed for 2 (equivalent to £10) and 10 percent of any future stays, which obviously was dependant on us spending more money. ||On the second night it became apparent that the mood lighting above the hot tub had not been repaired but also the fitted bath plug in the spa bath had been removed and a very cheap black rubber plug had been used as a replacement. This resulted in the spa bath emptying whilst I was in it. At this point we chose to wait to inform the hotel on check out, we'd already been told there were no other rooms and nothing more they would do for us. ||Upon our request we were given at late check out, this was not offered. value £25.||At £240 a night and advertising as a boutique hotel I'd expect that the maintenance of the room to be kept in good condition. Whist the circuit trip on the spa was perhaps not an unknown issue, the lights above the hot tub and the cheap plastic plug was known and not rectified.||On the positive, the food is lovely. Breakfast on both days was delicious, the staff were lovely, and our lunch was also lovely. The manager never did make an appearance during our stay.||I don't think we'd come back. The advertising focuses on the wonderful spa facilities in the room. If these aren't maintained then the room isnt as advertised.

We were welcomed with a smile and a glass of Prosecco . The staff were very attentive and offered advice on activities and places to eat as well as the hotels own menu (which we tried and was delicious and reasonably priced also a nice choice of breakfast). The room was very big with lots of facilities like a steam room and a hot tub with optional SPA treatments available . We felt relaxed and at home. The hotel is situated approx 15 mins walking distances equally between Bowness and Windermere. Also on site parking. We would recommend staying at the Windermere Boutique Hotel and will be rebooking a stay in the near future.

Amazing, we have a suite with a hot tub, steam room, lounge, large bathroom and massive bedroom, it was extremely well presented and comfortable. The location is a ten minute walk to the lake and town. Our host Lucas was like our very own personal assistant! Very calm and friendly, with plenty of hints and tips on the local area. The food in the evening was great for the night we ate in, and the breakfast was also lovely. Will stay again 👍

We stayed one night in the honey room. Staff always happy to help and always around if you need anything. hot tub was lovely. The place is very nicely kept, clean and tidy. The bathroom was also amazing wit large double bath jacuzzi with TV and nice outdoor balcony. Breakfast was Very nice also. |Easy to find and easy parking with local shops and restaurants a short walk 10 mins. |thanks

Quiet and peaceful rooms. Spent a night here, and loved every minute. From the private hot tub, to the room service, this hotel knows how to help you unwind and relax. The staff are professional and polite. Parking on site. Bus stop close to the hotel if you want to head into Bowness for the day/evening. Definitely booking another longer stay.
