Be More Bob is a wonderful pet shop, Bob is a delight and his dad Gareth is friendly and welcoming we had brilliant advice and a ruffwear harness fitted. The shop is full of good quality dog treats, toys, collars, leads and all manner of dog and cat stuff. Please visit this jewel of a pet shop it's amazing 5 * from us

What a lovely little hidden gem!
We visited here as I like supporting small businesses and we needed a few treats for our dogs. We were pleasantly surprised as this shop also has an amazing space out the back for dogs to run free which is great after them being dragged around a town centre 😂
They also have coffee available which is a nice touch.

Really we stocked shop for all your dog needs. A dog friendly store too.
It's spread over 2 levels and has a huge selection of what I'd call the more natural healthy treats, huge selection of walking paraphernalia leads/harnesses/Collars/dog fleeces/coats.
Santa Paws was there and we had prebooked a visit which was lovely.
Santa had a grotto downstairs and happily greeted my current foster dog. We got a gift bag from Santa and we also bought a selection of treats too.
You can purchase online and pick up in store and well as getting a home delivery.
Lots of festive treats and gifts.
They also have great presence on the social media channels

Our very favourite doggy shop in the whole country! Top quality dog food, treats & equipment! We love it & today had a cuddle with the doggy proprietor Bob himself & met his friend & social media superstar Bertie Lakeland! Was fortunate to visit Be More Bob and meet Bob and his mum on a visit to Cheltenham. What a fabulous shop for doggies and their owners to visit. First time ordering from this shop online. Was mightily impressed! Package arrived quickly and very nicely wrapped. One of the items had to be substituted and there was a really lovely handwritten postcard inside letting us know. These little touches make all the difference. Definitely one of my go to stores now for dog treats - they came up first on a Google search for renal treats for dogs! New regular customer - thank you Bob ❤

Bobs is the absolute best shop you (and your dog!) could ever wish for. Sadly we don’t live near Cheltenham but we have placed multiple online orders over the years which always, always arrive in good time, safely packaged and signed with a lovely note from Bob and his humans. We found ourselves in Cheltenham last summer so obviously our first stop was to visit the store in the flesh and wow this is not your average pet shop! I’m absolutely gutted we don’t have anything like Bobs by us. The humans working there are lovely and full of knowledge, they helped us pick out some super tough toys for our girls birthday - fabulous toys that I had never seen before and are much better quality than you’ll find in the big chain pet shops. The cherry on top was little Bob just so happened to pop by too while we were there! SMITTEN! When anyone asks me how my trip to Cheltenham was I tell them it’s a beautiful city full of lovely friendly people but you HAVE TO go to Bobs (and take your dog with you, they’ll have the best day ever)

Excellent shop for all dog stuff I can highly recommend. It's in Chelmsford but not to worry if you can't get there, as they have a great website which is easy to use where you can order what you want. Delivery is quick and well packed and the owners are lovely people to speak to.
