Absolutely A1 experience from start to finish. Started with the excellent website (when we looked they did have more stock than was on there at the time, so do check), shortly followed by visit from Russ was really helpful in giving us an idea of what we needed. Then we went to the showroom which - although small - has absolutely everything you could want to look at, so much so we ended up buying two completely different logburners for our sittingroom and office from what we imagined we would go for. Be aware these guys are busy so we had to book installation with a lead time of around 6 weeks.

The installations themselves went really well (plastic sheeting recommended, our chimneys were quite sooty!) - a team of three very courteous, expert, tidy guys, with a special tutorial at the end and the first lighting! The modern logburners look absolutely amazing in our very old cottage and we're booking in for an annual sweep and service. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

He made sure we were buying the right one for our needs.

We ordered our log burner through Fosse Fires, Russ was able to offer good advice on suitable options and visited to ensure there would be no problems with the installation. Although there was a wait for the stove to be delivered we were kept informed throughout the process and it arrived roughly when predicted.

The installation was faultless and I was extremely pleased with the care and respect the installers showed to both the property and the fire, they too offered great advise on lighting and using stove.

Overall I wouldn't even think about looking elsewhere if I have to go through the process again and we are delighted with the result.

We cannot recommend the team at Fosse Fires more highly. Russ listened to what we wanted and made it possible, taking time to consider how a log burner could be fitted into a tricky space safely, whilst being honest about how it might turn out. The team were polite, cheerful and professional the whole time they were with us and managed to get the log burner fitted in the week before Christmas despite challenging weather conditions. We were also given a comprehensive demonstration on how to use the log burner which was helpful. A fault with the burner was fixed extremely quickly. We are very very happy with the final result.
