Cheltenham Cycles resolved the fitting and seating of two very difficult tyres to my wheels. The turn-around time of the repair was exceptional.

In short, my carbon wheels started delamination, and I wanted a new set of aluminium wheels, as I'm now spending most of my time commuting. I dropped in on the way home, and the next day, I brought my bike in to the shop, where straight away, a cost effective set were suggested after id said what I was looking before, the previous day. I left my bike with them in the morning and when I dropped in just after lunch time, the bike was ready to ride. A great, professional service by people who really love their cycling.

Bought a Trex bike to use to commute between Chelt and Glos, staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. Have recently taken the bike back for a first free service. The help and assistance was second to none, nothing was to much of a problem. A spoke was replaced under warranty and everything taken care of for me. A* service from Cheltenham Cycles. An amazing local business that is customer focused.

The service they did was amazing. I ordered 2 bikes - Domane9 and Domane7+. When I had issues with my ebike, they sorted it by checking with tech team and applied for warranty to get new motor and resolved the issue. They have been very patient in the whole process and have guided well with all the instructions on how to use it.Special mention to Ben!!
