Bought a product and after 1 year it is broken, spent some reasonable money on it too. No interest in helping. Do not buy from them - it seems I am not the only one who has had issues with their customer service.

I have argued back in January that my sabalt knives were dangerous and very poorly made.

1st set 1 knife snapped,2nd knife had chunks out of it

Now a knife shattered luckily not injuring my other half

What does outdoor 365 need to happen before out knives are replaced!!

My first purchase a leatherman skeletool, cheapest I could find and opted for free delivery 5-10 days and was with me in about 4 days . Really good communication well packaged , shall definitely look to purchase off them again

Emails ignored by customer service. Asked for scan of passport for age verification so sent scan same day. 2 weeks later, asked for same thing again. So had to ring multiple times to ensure all was sorted, non-geographical number so cost me £10 just to ensure I got what I had already paid for. Certainly would suggest finding alternative suppliers.

A very useful lantern, the second bought this year. The Goal Zero Lighthouse Micro may stand only 9cm tall, but hang it from a carabiner in a gazebo its power floods the area with light. The 2 settings mean that when only 2 of the 4 leds are lit the lithium battery lasts for ages and charging with a USB is a cinch. Great product, good company, thank you
