I only use this place as a ups drop off location. It's rubbish. As a shop it might be good but I don't use it for that.

Wasted hours of my life because they said they had a printer to print ups labels before scanning a barcode and accepting the package, Then admitting that the printer didn't actually work. Spent an hour sorting the label before heading back to get them to send it, only for them to refuse to take the package. In spite of me having a text that says that they have it. Utterly useless.

This is a agent UPS who want to earn their money for being an agent on their own terms.
That means that UPS state that they should take items up to a specified size and they have a duty to keep them for 10 days. I have materials for a freelance contract delivered to this address but today the manager told me he does not want me to use his address any longer. My parcel was collected in 3 days and is within the size limit. It's perfectly straight forward. If the manager does not want to accept the terms of being an agent he does not have to. He will also not receive the payment for being an agent. But to be an agent for the profit and try to make ones own terms is not acceptable. Do it, or don't do it but don't half do it and expect that to be acceptable to your customers.
