Really friendly micropub with outside seating to front and rear and a small but great selection of draft/cask beers. Just off the main road. Dogs are welcome and the customers are really nice. Definitely recommended if you are in the area.

I'm glad there are small bars opening up, It's great for customer choice and experience. This is a great little bar. For me though, I just found the bar staff a bit indifferent, and not really prepared to engage with people other than regulars.
A simple hello on arrival and hope to see you again when I left would have been good. I did look round but didn't get any response. It's the little things which make you feel your custom is valued, perhaps this was a one off.

This was a lovely little surprise we found on the way to Salt beer factory, and what a find it was too. It isn't the biggest bar in the world but is nice and snug and as we found a local pub full of local people, who by the way were aii super friendly. The beer choice wasn't massive but ample and to find Magic Rock Highwire on cask just made my night. A lovely pub indeed.

Great micro pub with four excellent cask ales and plenty of crafties. Dog friendly and a small beer garden at the back. My Titanic Plum Porter was fantastic!

First visit and it won't be the last. We had a brilliant evening. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is great and the range of beers, ciders and spirits are excellent. The place is small but that adds to its charm. The pork pie was tasty too! 👍
