Shoes arrived dirty (as per pic).I emailed Felicity who said I had been sent display shoes unknowingly and that I could pay the display price. I explained I was not happy, felt duped and would expect some kind of goodwill for their mix up. There was some back and forth on this, and I was told I can use a discount code on my next order with the store. I explained this was presumptuous on their part and did not think spending more money was a goodwill gesture.

They did finally agree to a discount on the shoes, but this would not have been the case had I not raised the issue and advocated for myself.I Understand they made a mistake, but do not think the aftermath was handled well.

Katie&Jo always brings fresh, modern-meets-classic fashion to Parsons Green and I love having them in the neighbourhood - for everything from last-minute event outfits to wardrobe staples. I love Katie & Jo!! They have the best brands, it is all so stylishly laid-out, and the girls working there are super friendly and very helpful. Always such a lovely shopping experience and a huge asset to Parsons Green!

bought a bunch of items as a gift simply because they looked nice. however upon further inspection, the quality is cheap and tears easily. very expensive for what you get! the shoes i got were also dirty, meaning they may have been used? overall not a great store in terms of clothing. avoid!!

Lovely store! Nice to see lots of star designs on their products. Katie&Jo stock some nice brands (Sundry) that are not in many high-street stores. I bought a gorgeous item the other day and it was very reasonably priced. If you are in the area, I would recommend having a look round!
