We have used Caromba for a few things now. Repairs, alterations and a couple of bespoke items. Our latest purchase was a bespoke diamond solitaire ring. We spoke to Frank and he had a couple of stones sourced for us to choose from. He then made a 3d prototype which once we agreed was made into an amazing piece of jewellery. The whole thing from start to finish was first class. I have recommended Caromba to many of my friends. Thankyou Frank and Kate for producing an amazing item that will really make my wife's special birthday such a memorable occasion.

Sometimes its when things have gone wrong that you can see the quality of the service. my wife has a bracelet that frank re strung for her a couple of years ago. it suffered what space X would call a rapid unscheduled disassembly. so I took the pieces in to Caromba and they just said no problem we will sort this out for you. I got an email that evening saying it had been fixed and it was ready to collect no charge.

I have a pair of leverback earrings that my husband bought for me in Spain that mean a lot to me. Unfortunately one of the leverback fastening spring no longer worked, I tried quite a few jewellers in Bristol to see if they could repair the fastening, it was always a negative, they told me it was difficult & that they are European fastening leverbacks. I was recommended Caromba by a friend, I was so pleased that Frank would accept & try to repair for me. He did not disappoint, Frank also tightened the other leverback fastening, now they are so secure, I'm really happy to have found a really skilled jeweller, Frank also repaired a gold edwardian earring for me. I highly recommend Frank at Caromba in Winscombe.

Frank Caromba designed and created my wedding rings in 2011, when I was still in South Africa, and I can highly recommend his workmanship, professionalism and passion throughout the whole process. I was not exactly sure of the design initially but he guided me to find the one that ended up being perfect. The quality for me is what is second to none as after a decade, it is still a beautifully crafted piece of jewellery. I have brought them back to Frank every couple of years for him to shine and clean for me and these photos are after the last shine and they still look brand new! I have followed Franks work over the years and have had many of my family have specialised pieces hand crafted by Caromba Jewellers. Frank is still as passionate about what he creates as all those years ago. It is extremely exciting to have him now have a store in the UK.
