Continuous sale, items unbranded and not good quality. Can't speak to anyone but they do answer by email reasonably quickly. Sent me the wrong size shower screen, a faulty radiator which looked like it had been returned before (both replaced) and a toilet which they say is not faulty, but it's poorly made and the cistern doesn't sit square onto the pan, so a ridge of ceramic is showing on one side and the lid doesn't sit properly on the cistern. Trap for shower tray was not great quality and pulled apart, so our plumber had to fix it. I wouldn't order from them again.

I had a hard time sourcing a toilet as I was led to believe by another supplier that I needed a £300+ toilet to facilitate my right exit wasted toilet. Upon speaking to the Bathcentre, I was advised that this wasn't necessary and was able to get one at a fraction of the price with the right flexi connectors. Happy customer 🙂

Poor experience at the moment. Order was delivered a day late, given some excuse about a van breaking down. One set of taps had key parts missing and when they sent replacements they were also wrong and missing correct parts! No one amswers the customer service phones and responses to emails are well outside the guarnteed response times. very poor service which has delayed a job and cost money because of it

Don't purchase anything from this company. Their low score shows everything. I spent nearly £600 for a bath that was broken within 3 month after normal residential use. When I wish to use the life warranty, Bathcenter said they can do nothing since I installed it already. What a joke. I learned the lesson and will never buy from them!

Awful service throughout.

Ordered a urinal set due to having a shorter lead time than competitors. Should not have bothered.

Now two days overdue and just been told the earliest they can do is well out of our time frame.

Logistics issues happen, sure but the communication and updates have been absolutely abysmal. No direct phone line for the office so you have to rely on poorly responded email and answerphone messages.

If you’re a tradesman, avoid like the plague.

Bought a bath and bath panels.
Bath was caronite, good quality and lot more expensive than I needed to pay but worth the extra apart from the inferior fittings. Screws that broke when used and lack of decent fitting instructions for fitting of panels. Also two different shaped panels. If you are new to DIY I wouldn't recommend this company. After emailing and getting one reply, NOTHING.
I won't use them again and I have some experience fitting baths.
You will be lucky to get support from them in the event of problems is my experience. 2 stars is for bath quality.

Disgraceful. Nothing but grief with this company from the mis-described radiators on the website, to incredibly late delivery (partial Covid effect although they were ordered in January and arrived in August) only to find out they weren't the size described on the website.
They also delivered a 2nd set of radiators to another address and despite being chased to collect them they sit there over a month later annoying the concierge of that building who is consequently chasing me.
I've agreed a full refund with Bathcentre once they collect the radiators from me. They said they would pick them up 2 days ago and surprise, they didn't!
I will not use this company again.
Also worth noting that a person I'm dealing with at Bathcentre shares the same name as a person who wrote a positive review of them on this site.......

Called into the showroom whilst visiting the cafe next door, bathrooms on display were gorgeous, expected them to be out of my price range, turns out not as we now have a brand new suite! Sales assistant Barry couldn't have been more helpful, was patient with my indecisiveness and didn't give the hard sell that these places sometimes do. A1 service, thanks Mrs Newton
