As a family we’ve bought a couple of cars recently so have been up and down the country visiting various dealerships. I can honestly say the service we received from Jonny at Perrys was amazing and the deal was fantastic value.

We drove a hour each way to view the car we ended up buying and were so happy we made the journey. The dealership is smart and welcoming, there are loads of cars onsite and every one of them was in amazing condition. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Jonny dealt with our purchase and nothing was too much trouble, from the test drive to explaining all the controls and fully.

We have just purchased another car from Perrys Chesterfield Ford, and the service we received was excellent. It was a smooth transaction from reserving the vehicle online, to collecting it a week later. This is the fifth car we have purchased from the franchise, from previously GK Ford to the current Perrys dealership, (including one from Alfreton) . We can honestly say that we have never had any problems with either the quality of vehicles or the service received. Special mention and thanks to Craig who explained everything ( without pressure selling) and was very thorough with everything during the transaction, including a follow up courtesy call a few days later to check how we were getting on with the car.Thank you Perrys Chesterfield and thank you Craig. Excellent service from David when buying a used car. Found us exactly the car that fit our requirements and had it ready for collection well inside the tight deadline we gave him. The car was presented beautifully with no scratches or blemishes and even had the rear bumper resprayed for us. No hard sell on extras, David explained the bodywork protection plan and left it to us to decide if we wanted it without pressure. We did choose the extra protection and are glad it was offered to us ( if it had been a hard sell experience I probably would have said no). Communication throughout the sale was clear, concise and regular. All in all a great service
