Came to the retail park this morning and thought would pop into see the livestock on offer, tanks dirty with a lot covered with not on sale signs and a fair few dead fish.

Handy place to pick up everything for your pets. I also take my cat to the vets here, and she is well looked after. I can then easily get her a treat after. The staff have always been lovely and helpful, and they love to see pets.

Having been closed for quite a long period following flooding, the store has been completely upgraded inside and seems to have more stock than it did before. Worth a visit.....

Went to use the groomers. Staff lovely and did our dog over 2 sessions as bit unhappy. Service fabulous. Shop staff are always very accommodating and brilliant shop

It's ok but it's too broad. The aquatics section has very limited products so you're left with the specialist aquatic shops and online shopping.

Located on a retail park ,there's plenty of parking spaces available on this complex including directly opposite this store..Inside its all on ground level & quite spacious with a great variety of stock for all your pets needs .I was pleased to find on this occasion some good offers on Whiskas cat food ,it's about time Pets at home started giving the big supermarkets ever increasing pet food prices competition .I would definitely use this store more often if that was the case.I found the lady staff member on the check out till to be very pleasant even though the interaction was deafened out somewhat,by a very loud yapping dog,behind me in queue & the owner doing nothing about it .Give me a cat anyday of the week .Cash or card payments are excepted here.

Called in yesterday...to look for a certain item recommended by a vet .Was assisted by a really
helpful assistant called Erin ...who went to great lengths to find out information and direct me to what I needed .Really helpful and polite ...a real credit to the store.
