Visited Dreams of Chesterfield today having researched what we needed on the internet. We were served by Lily who was informative & knew what she was talking about. Lily was easily able to help us decide which bed & mattress was best for both our bodies & our budget. We took advantage of the interest free credit which was available & purchased both the bed, mattress & two matching pillows, plus we also received a mattress protector. Lily wasn’t pushy with sales talk in any way, we would have quickly left & gone elsewhere had she have been. We eagerly await the delivery of our new bed but in the meantime we will be trying out our new pillows.
I hope many years will be spent sleeping well on our new bed when it arrives.

Wow! What an amazing experience! From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by 3 friendly faces. Jo, the Store Manager talked me through the process picking the right mattress for me. Her ability to reel off all the facts about each mattress I tried was incredible! She gave me complete confidence in buying the right mattress for me. I was even offered a drink while we filled out the paperwork. Everything was so easy I could not recommend Jo highly enough, 5 stars is not enough!

Ordered a bed from here last week, staff were very helpful and patient. They were very knowledgable about the stock they had and the combinations that could be put together. No pressure to purchase, we were offered the opportunity to go away and think about it if we wanted. Liked the layout of the store that everything was on one floor and easy to view. The person who served us was called Lily.

The Sleep Match machine is amazing! The mattress it chose for me is a perfect match and feels like sleeping on a cloud.
Jenny was helpful, friendly and patient...... I had loads of questions, which she answered clearly and I didn't feel rushed to make any decisions.

Great service. I would like to thank Lily for her knowledge and patience. She offered us pillows and quilts. She offered me and my wife a drink. She put me and my wife on the scanner beds. Lily showed us the mattress which suited our needs.

Everyone in this Dreams shop are so professional are kind! they gave us enough time to take a decision and didnt bother us putting pressure on us (even gave us tea and biscuits), and tried to gave us the best deals they could. Happy to have bought my mattress and definitely will come back in the future.

Fine service in store but extremely rude delivery driver. Condescending to my mum, who said it felt it was because she was a woman. She felt intimidated. He said to the other delivery driver to drag the mattress in, over a muddy floor outside. Would not use again.
