Dave and Paul couldn't have looked after me any better. My Husband was rushed into hospital in a life or death situation. I wanted to get him a mobility scooter something to look forward to when he got home. I was lent a mobility scooter and when my Husband was discharged a week later he loved it so much we bought it for him. Would highly recommend The mobility one stop shop.

A screw went missing on a wheelchair l purchased for my husband about 5 months ago. I couldn't find the paperwork but they found me from their records and immediately sent someone to the Shirebrook nursing home where he now is to fix it at no cost. Outstanding service!

Dave came out to us yesterday and his empathy and service was absolutely exceptional.

Off road parking, easy access. Excellent choice of products and very friendly staff.

My wife had a problem with one of the wheels on her wheelchair. I called The Mobility One Stop Shop to ask if they could repair it. When I described the problem to them, they told me they knew the cause and, rather than have me make the 50 mile round trip to bring it to them, gave me clear, concise and full instructions as to how to rectify it myself. I followed their instructions and the wheelchair is once again fully serviceable. Customer service of the very highest quality!

Went in today to see what my options are for walking support. As a young disabled person it can feel a bit daunting going into mobility shops, but the guy who worked there (unfortunately not sure of his name) was so kind, friendly and helpful. He let me try everything out and was patient when I wanted to go back and re try things. Will definitely be coming here to buy a rollator as soon as I can.

We visited to get my Mum a mobility scooter. The man who served us was excellent, he spoke to Mum kindly encouraging her and making her feel safe. We didn't feel rushed to make a decision. They delivered the scooter and the same man ( sorry I cannot remember his name 😕) walked with Mum on her first trip up town. First rate service, I would definitely recommend them.
