Great customer experience. White water tourer has had a couple of issues which the team at Riber have resolved promptly and sent out spare parts. Since fitting the replacement parts I have had no issues with the product.

Bought a whitewater tourer sit in kayak from these guys. Really impressed with the quality of the build. They clearly pay attention to detail. Great commas and speedy delivery. A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend.

Today we have had a brilliant visit to buy kayaks and various bits. Bruce and co were so helpful. Had everything to hand. Helped us fix onto vw as we were unsure of how to do things properly. Spent a lot of time with us and we are very happy customers. 100% recommend.

Abysmal service, lack of care for customers, headed up by totally incompetent staff. They can't even get a tracking number correct, and you have to email them in excess of five times to get a response. Don't waste your time and money with them like I did, because they will let you down, make up and and every excuse they can rather than take the responsibility they should, and you'll end up disappointed in the long run.

"Pathetic" would be a really fitting description, but they don't actually get to that high a standard.
