Absolutely brilliant store (Co Op, Wellington) I can't thank the Section Leader, Julie and her team, namely Mary and Diana. I walk in fed up and walk out sniggering to myself. Such a tonic.

Good local Coop, particularly well stocked with a good range of food and drink for the size. Gluten free options across the store. Staff helpful and clean and tidy. Great service over lockdown. Pricing sensible for local store and coop card a good saving aid!

a wonderful selection of both food and beverages alike, along with a sugary assortment of tasty treats.
the self checkouts are unnecessarily aggressive, however the staff will always be there to mop up any tears caused by the callous robotic voice.

Coop is expensive in particular with a more MODEST selection of fruit, vegetables & meals. Asda just across the street is the choice (it doesn't make any nice bread rolls that's all).
Let us differentiate between 'proudly made in Britain' and some popularity of Coop which shouldn't keep one in long-time-ago-burried nostalgia.

I've just also read here a deliberate misinformation: Sorry, when was ever Coop at the level of Asda, Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury ?

Nice store good staff and has a nice selection of fresh products. Can be slightly expensive due to lack of competition however theye are good for the quick items like sugar, milk and bread. So a quick pop to the shop rather than a weekly shop.

Better than Waitrose. Friendly staff. Quality premium range. Decent reductions. Always well stocked & clean. Lost a star for the self check outs which are annoying
