Doniford Farm Park is a lovely place to bring kids. There is a huge restaurant which has a very clean and elegant feel to it, and outside seating, including undercover seating. No picnics allowed, quite rightly. The outdoor seating, whilst maintaining the high standard of cleanliness inside, was let down today slightly by animal poo on the paths.

The toilets in the restaurant were so super clean and there was even a door sign telling members of staff what each toilet clean should entail, showing the owners take pride in their establishment.

Outside, the terrain is lovely and flat, with a short walk around the paddocks/animal enclosures. Animals ranged from birds, chickens, ducks, to pigs, goats, horses and donkeys. Animal food is available from the shop should you wish to feed them.

There's a lovely viewing point at the end of the paddocks where you can overlook the beach - fully fenced off so nice and secure for little ones.

There is also a soft play barn with a good 3 storey soft play structure including a small football pitch. There is a good selection of hot and cold meals, although I did find the children's meal slightly pricey at £7. I was also able to order a biscoff cheesecake which I'd seen in the fridge in the restaurant, which they delivered from the restaurant to the soft play cafe. This was a nice touch, as I was the only adult and wouldn't have been able to nip out and go and get it whilst little one played. Access to the soft play is restricted by magnetic gates upon entering and leaving, giving you peace of mind that no one will slip through unnoticed!

The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everyone kept busy even when not with customers.

Free entry! Not very busy (we went on a Monday morning). You can buy feed for 50p which is super cheap. It was so fun petting and feeding the animals.

All the staff are super approachable and pleasant to speak to if you have any enquiries.

We bought some pies, pasties, honey, jams! All reasonably priced as local produce. Definitely worth the visit

Nice place to visit with a well stocked farm shop and restaurant where hot food, snacks and drinks are available.
There are a few farm animals which you can feed.
It's free to visit but can give donations for the animal welfare. Enjoyable and relaxing.

Visited here today as we are on holiday from Cornwall for a few days.

Really lovely place, the animals were all friendly and you could tell they were looked after and so loved. Beautiful view of the sea as well.

The restaurant smelt amazing with the roast they were cooking and everything was so clean. Gift/Farm shop were all very well stocked and staff were very friendly.

Would definitely recommend for a little afternoon out!!

Great place to enjoy a pleasant morning or afternoon with family or friends. The staff are extremely friendly and the animals are very sociable. The food bags are very well priced and it's an amazing way to support the farm whilst also connecting with the animals. The fact it's free entry and the prices are very reasonable shows that the farm stands for animal welfare and education regarding animal protection. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Relaxed place to eat, great value food, good service. Young uns can see animals for free, great for young at heart too. We went off peak but in July, just before school hols, week day, was not too busy.

A wonderful small farm, with some cheeky goats and a couple of greedy horses!

They also have a lovely restaurant onsite, which has a nice selection of food and drink. A great find for when we are holidaying down in Minehead.
