This is not my normal GP practice but I was sent here as my practice had no appointments available.
Very pleasant and helpful receptionists which was a great beginning.
First rate appointment with Dr Zahra Fatima, my issues were resolved, the referrals I needed were actioned there and then, and reassurance and extra advise given.
I felt listened to by a Doctor who really cared, and I left the surgery a different woman than the one who walked in.
Cannot rate the Doctor or the practice highly enough.

I can't comment on the surgery itself, but I'm giving them a very mediocre review because despite the NHS website stating that they accept registrations outside their area, they do not. The woman who rang to tell me this was extremely curt and absolutely needs a lesson in basic telephone manners.

Staff covering the out of hours/extended option clinics as part of CGPN (Referred to by own GP practice), were amazing, very polite and helpful. Nurse Elaine was also great comfort for a nerve racking procedure for me. I prefer being nurse side, still novice trainee patient !!
