I stumbled across Cambridge luxury bakes around two years ago when visiting Cambridge from Leeds. I tried their cornflake brookie, and I can honestly say I’ve thought about it at least once a week ever since. I live in Leeds and simply nowhere compares to Cambridge luxury bakes. Whenever I visit Cambridge, I am genuinely excited to go and pick up a cornflake brookie. I’ve also tried several of the other treats and they’re all just ridiculously good. Often treats at other bakery’s look good, but the taste doesn’t match the appearance. At Cambridge luxury bakes, the treats really do taste as amazing as they look. The service is always 11/10, everyone is so friendly - also so happy that I can get my Cambridge luxury bakes through the post too. Really cannot recommend this place enough. P.s please never take the cornflake brookie off the menu. 😊

Myself and my boyfriend went to Cambridge for my graduation and the next day we stopped by Market and had a lovely conversation with the owner, she was really sweet and we proceded to buy 3 slabs, the cookies and cream brownie, chocolate cornflake topped brownie and the jammie dodger blondie...they were absolutely incredible, so chocolaty and gooey! Honestly the best I have ever tasted

The cakes arrived in a beautiful box. We ordered three boxes for a party. Big portions, lots of choice. Everyone commented on how good they were, they didn’t last long ! Highly recommended. 😊

I love to support small businesses but unfortunately I’ve had an awful experience with Cambridge Luxury Bakes. I ordered some brownies nearly 2 weeks ago. I didn’t receive a confirmation email so I emailed and messaged the business on instagram. It took nearly a week to get a response. There had been an issue with the system so they hadn’t received the order but my money was still taken. That’s fine, issues happen, I get it.
The owner offered to refund the order and still send it out as a gesture of good will. That was very kind of them and should have been a good resolution.

Fast forward five days and I’d still heard nothing. I messaged again to ask if the brownies had been sent because I was going away for a week and wouldn’t be at home. The owner assured me they’d been sent so would arrive ‘today or tomorrow’.

When I asked for the tracking information, the brownies had been posted 2 hours after my chaser message - to the address I’d already said I wouldn’t be at. If the owner had been honest about not sending them, I could have sent them to a different address instead and there wouldn’t have been a problem. There was obviously no chance I’d receive them ‘today’ because they’d only just been sent.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the great customer service advertised on their website. I’ve ordered from lots of postal baking businesses and never had a problem so this was very disappointing. Their bakes look amazing so I hope they can fix the postal problems!

Stopped at this fantastic looking stall in Cambridge Market today. We purchased four slabs of brownie, including mine which was a Galaxy Caramel Brownie. Can honestly say I’ve never had one quite so nice in my life! It was so moreish but really rich so I couldn’t eat it all in one go. 100% recommend!
