Lovely little cafe in Godmanchester. It has a steady stream of customers coming in. They clearly have regular customers too as they welcome in by name and help them settle down.

The drinks are standard drinks, however, the cakes are delicious!

The service is great and everyone is really friendly.

The place was empty when we went in for lunch. The atmosphere was not too welcoming but as our favourite cafe was closed, we sat it out. We ordered food for one of us as I was still quite full from breakfast that morning. Remarks coming from a lady in the kitchen, suggesting they were disappointed as only one of us had ordered food. The sandwich came out very quickly, the food was fresh. We could hear a lady in the back obviously not too pleased with a member of staff - listening to her rant, the staff member definitely wasn’t there! We couldn’t help but hear as the lady was quite vocal! We won’t be going back as it was unprofessional of the staff member and we didn’t feel comfortable. We will stick with our trusted favourite next time!

GREAT FIND and dog friendly. Had coffee, tea and home made cakes. The lady owner was so welcoming even though it was almost closing time. She was so nice, told us not to rush. The drinks and cakes were delicious. Best victoria sponge and lemon drizzle I've had in a long time. The other food looked good quality too.

My partner had his haircut by the barbers next door and since my daughter had sat nicely whilst he was being serviced we decided to take a trip to this cafe that is located right nextdoor as a treat.

Unfortunately we didn't even get to sit down as another customers dog barked at me, unprovoked, twice. Once when I was trying to look at the menu on the wall and again when I knelt down to ask my three year old what she wanted to eat. After this I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome so I decided we should leave.

I thought the sign saying 'Dogs welcome, people tolerated" was a joke but it would not seem to be the case this time.

Asked us to leave as it was booked, even though there were many empty tables and go here often.

Very busy, which is always a good sign. Had a bit of a wait because of the pile of orders before mine. Very pleasant staff. Drinks were worth the wait. Recommended.
