Decent modern cinema which is a real benefit to the town, as the next nearest is 7 or 8 miles in any direction.

The "down" escalator has been out of order for literally months however, it has honestly been broken more than it has worked during our visits going back years, to the point it's a running joke.

Cineworld are obviously in financial trouble again, as we know, and it shows.

Not from this area as I'm from the south, decided to bring nephews to watch a movie, wish I had gone to another cinema, cineworld at Dalton park is a huge no no from me, unhelpful staff at the entrance, wasn't really all the staff but mostly the bald headed bloke, needs to get some help with his customer service skills.....I won't book again with cineworld just incase this is what I will be getting from there staff....when I get back home Vue cinemas will be my choice

The movie was good but this is second time visiting a ciniworld movies and we like not to far of the front but in this place it's horrendous not like others where it's comfortable even at the front seat itself anywhere between first and fourth row it's ridiculous to see the movie comfortable have to strain and look directly up decided this be last time visit a ciniworld unfortunately

Cheeky bustards charged me twice for the sane thing .. if things aren't expensive enough wow and they said this never happens... haaaa I am still waiting on the refund after a fight to prove they charged me twice

Movie spoilt by kids throwing popcorn and sweets told staff about this just to be told they were going to tell them off again. Didn’t care left after 30 mins
