Incredibly rude refusing to handover parcels when had proof of address. Also saw him have a book with addresses and mobile numbers of everyone who's collected a parcel, breaking multiple GDPR data protection laws. Reading from other reviews there seems to be a recurring issue of staff treating customers with contempt when collecting parcels and being highly argumentative. A bit of training in customer service and respect wouldn't go amiss.

This is my closest Amazon return point. Apparently I had filled it in all wrong, the guy started to get really snappy with me and banned me for getting argumentative when I had filled it in correctly. Took it to another shop and didn’t have any problems. In my opinion this shop is lazy and don’t want to deal with returns. Avoid at all cost!!

Update: I would like to point out after your reply, that I was not rude and asked what I had done wrong. You staff member was rude and told me I was banned for life. I left and wrote this review based on my experience of your poor customer service. You could have explained politely that one of the barcodes was not need (despite the fact Amazon instruction advised to attach all barcodes to my parcel). Maybe you should be self reflective with your response rather than accusing me of being rude? Also, I went to another pick up point up the road and they took the parcel without issue and I have since had a full refund for the item. So I will not be returning and I will continue to advise others to avoid your store. Give better service in the future and if someone has the wrong barcode assist by offering a pen to cross it out?

Told me they didn't accept parcels on a weekend yet there were others on the floor next to mine. Don't know why he had to waggle his finger at me when he was telling me this.

Ups left a parcel for me to collect from this shop the service was a waste of space got told to go to the back of the shop and find it ,when I couldn't find it he said it hadn't been delivered yet when I pointed out it was delivered 2 days previous he stormed out from behind his counter then searched for my parcel ,chucking parcels about when he couldn't find it he then went into the storage area of the shop and told me it is here you should look properly thought the shop owner was supposed to retrieve it from where he stores other people's parcels for collection not customers just wander where ever they want and search through other people's parcels
