Some marketing woman called me at around 10.25 AM on 16th July 21, and started asking questions about my current energy provider. When I said I was about to get into a call and am not looking to switch, the woman just hung up. I usually do not entertain such calls but decided that I would at least show the caller some courtesy but I did not get that in return! oh no I did not!

Avoid this company like the plague. They phone and wait till you pick up. Then they hang up. I suspect its a scam company, the sort you'd see on BBC Watchdog. Do not engage in conversation and under no circumstances give any information, not even your name.

And, if you do ring them back, they can never put you through. If it's a genuine company, you need a person on the other end...

These people called me and told me my bills are high and they can save me money and asked who my provider is which I refused to disclose. After saying I'm actually classed as a very low user (fact) The woman said;
'Alrite!, no need for Sarcasm I'm jus workin for a company to save you muney'
This is actually how this person talked.
Did not sound professional at all. Then the call disconnected. 121 are clearly not professional or trained correctly. I work in utilities and would never speak to a potential customer like that ever!

Repeatedly keep calling on behalf of Octopus energy. They won't take no for an answer and obviously ignore my request to have my data removed. Pretty sure that is in breach of GDPR rules.

Wouldn't even give them a 1 rating. Not a proper company, number is incorrect and the sales team that call you are rude and hang up as soon as you say you are not the bill payer. Avoid at all costs!
