great day out for a family . check out their hotdogs before half time they sell out every time! Kids love Reading mascott Kingsley. club shop was affordable for a 1st league FC.

Very poor experience when ordering a kids junior large football shirt. Be aware that despite headlining "Free 90 day returns" they will DECLINE ANY REFUND OR RETURN if you choose to get a current player's name printed on the rear of your shirt. This is NOT stated when making the purchase, but only on the returns t&c's page, so its disingenuous at best. Utterly disappointing and terrible customer service.

Very bad experience. There are no 2023 fc calendars for sale (we’re now 2 weeks to Christmas) managed to speak to someone after days of trying to get through - she couldn’t tell me anything! I ordered a Xmas tree decoration, they sent the wrong one and charged £6 postage. NOT impressed!

Brought poor quality Jacket on fanstore Reading fc online ,won’t exchange in store😵‍💫😵‍💫would have thought the two are the same, but no. Have to send back to the online store, time and expense, two very unhelpful staff ready for an argument , basically get lost. So if you want this kind of experience when shopping then this is the store for you , need to up there game , customer not that important,like most places now just want to steel your hard earned money, bit of staff training would help also, but that will hit there margins also, so I t won’t happen 0/5

I ordered a football shirt online paid the £4,95 shipping and 99p handling I charge it stated delivery it says 3-5 working days I hadn’t had any confirmation so chased it then get confirmation delivery is 10th or 11th so actually 10 days not as stated I needed this item for 8th so plenty of time I thought on live chat nothing can be done to process delivery quicker but can refund the postage within 7 days misleading information I won’t be ordering again

Since the start of this season August 2019 tried to order a jump suit for my new born son unfortunately I can't just drive down to the shop to purchase this as I live in Melbourne Australia. and only come home every 2 years. I recently spoken to Mark the merchandising manager via email who asked what items I looking to purchase. I responded with photos to help him with my query this was mid June 2020. I have had no response and unable to get on a plane/train and automobile to attend the shop in person. Like my other attempts I had no help and now my son will turn one in September and the jumpersuit and will miss out on his first Reading Football Strip. I been a fan since i was born and breed Reading I feel let down by the club i support and for the last twelve season been getting up religious to watch the game and my son has had to watch the games with me with out his kit. Hopefully i not have the same issue getting him a toddler kit!

Staff and website is to be desired unsure rambling and no real procedure to answer a simple enquiry lack of training maybe? should be a nice clean no hassle service online and customer service but both need improvement! Order something and hope on a wing and prayer your in for delivery!

Website is shocking when ordering online and when you’ve had enough and call into the fanstore to get answers they don’t have a clue what your on about still waiting for a call back two days later guess just gotta hope it turns up at some point no point paying the extra on delivery’s because it makes no difference love the club shops got no stock and website ordering needs a lots of work will never order via website again
