This shop has some nice things in it, but amazingly they have a no returns policy, which is unheard of in this day and age. Please be careful when buying anything from here because they will not warn you (like proper shops like Liberty etc do if you’re buying earrings/underwear). The manager is also extremely rude and self righteous, with no respect for his customers or his staff (who I found to be predominantly quite pleasant). I’m so disappointed because I’ve spent so much money in this shop and now I never want to come back. A truly awful, even somewhat traumatic experience fighting for my basic consumer rights.

This truly is a stunning little shop. Perfect for a gift for nearly every occasion. Great cards and wrapping paper too. Some items may be on the pricey side but you can definitely also sort out a unique Secret Santa, for example, for under a tenner. Amazing shop. Kudos.

Can’t thank the owner and staff enough. Have always shopped here for my grandson who absolutely loves the jelly cats and has almost all of them. We wanted a jelly cat which he didn’t have and emailed Jill wing because the only one was displayed in the window. My 3 year old grandson has just had heart surgery and a very kind member of staff delivered it to my house and wouldn’t take payment. It has really touched our hearts at a bad time! We will be updating them on his progress. Thank you so very much for your kindness, all our love!

I was lured into the shop by the panettone in the window. It’s a favourite thing. I was offered a taste as they had some cut up. I proceeded to buy one. There was no price visible on the display. The price was still not communicated to me. It was only when I went to pay contactless that I saw the price. £35. I’d figured it would be a higher cost but nowhere close to this. It is my issue that I can’t challenge things in public as I struggle with confrontation but take responsibility for my actions. Regardless of my own issue, I feel ill at ease now, as the cost being expensive for what it was, should have been displayed explicitly. Even a humorous warning would have been fine.
I will try to forget my experience and enjoy the panettone regardless!
By the way, this specific one can be bought from a provider at £24 , reduced from 30. I’d rather have bought it or not having been given all the information in able to make a decision. I will not be shopping there again.
