This afternoon I had the pleasure of meeting Mark, the assistant manager of the Birmingham Bullring boutique, as well as Nat and Harry. Really nice gents with a lot of compliments of my Time X military style field watch.

For a few years now I've followed Bremont and their activities as well as their ambassadors. This afternoon I tried my first ever Bremont on. Absolutely made my day! My favourite watch to date is the S302 GMT and I tried both the braclet and nato strap versions on. Absolutely fabulous watches; the fit, finish and attention to detail is the best I've held.

I sat with Mark for over an hour. Great service. He had all the time in the world to talk about watches, life, cars and more. He was extremely accommodating and kind with his service. Really done the company proud! Thank you for your time today.

Called into the Bremont store in the bullring Birmingham today as a spare of the moment visit and was greeted by Mark the assistant manager who was kind enough to show me the fantastic selection of watches they have to offer. After a minute or two of chatting time pieces and trying on some of Bremont new in house movement range he assisted me very swiftly with changing out a deployment claps I had been having an issue with on my waterman apex strap and fitted me with a very comfortable and secure pin and buckle. Many thanks for this exceptionally hospitable visit and I highly recommend if anyone is in Birmingham for a short stay of time pop in to visit the very warm and welcoming staff hosting this Bremont boutique.

Wow, what an amazing experience I had at Bremont Boutique in Birmingham. I booked an appointment online, and soon after Mark called me to see what watches I was interested in and even what I would like to drink on arrival. We rocked up at the store and was greeted by Chris and Mark, we were sorted with drinks and then Mark brought my selection out. The whole atmosphere was so relaxed, just chatting, finding out about what I was looking for. I selected the Alt1-P2 Blue, The MB 2 and the Arrow. I have served in the RAF and had 4 years working on the Martin Baker ejection seat so it seemed pretty apt. After lots of discussion and trying on I settled with the Alt1-P2. Mark, Chris and Harry did everything they could to help, even sweetened the deal with some bubbly and a beer. Mark also did me a great deal with a few other bits as well. All in we were there for 2 hours but it went in a flash. I would just like to thank the guys for a great experience and a special mention to Mark for his patience. I cannot praise this store enough and will definitely be back soon to add to my collection. Thank you guys

I went to the Bremont boutique in the bullring to find a watch for my 40th birthday.
I was greeted by Nat who was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the watches I was interested in.

The customer service was exceptional, with complementary drinks, being called by our first names and just making it a very enjoyable experience.
It made the event of finding a special timepiece for a special birthday, something to remember.

Walked in to find warm and welcoming staff, didn't push anything but obviously enthusiastic about the Bremont brand. I ended up with a lovely MB2. They worked hard to find the right watch strap combination (I have a large wrist) good coffee, amazing service, even better watch. Kudos to you.

I had a fantastic experience at the Bremont Bullring Boutique, I couldn't believe there was a Bremont shop out side of London and Henley and that it would be so well stocked and have staff that are so we'll invested and knowledgeable about the brand! I've been looking at purchasing Bremont watch for a long time and when the special time came buying it in person from a fabulous shop.made the experience ten times better! The staff were super attentive and committed in making the experience everything it should be! If your after a watch ...go there!!!
