The brackets I had ordered (scaffolding brackets) arrived and they look great on the wall. We have used them for open storage in the kitchen, paired with some real wood shelves and they look stunning!

However I do wish they would use a different delivery courier, as they had really poor communication and were late in arrival even after receiving confirmation of delivery on the day!

Awful customer service!
I returned the items (total £100) via recorded delivery (£22) and had no response. I called 8 times, emailed 6, messaged on social media and it wasn't until I said I would have to go through the CAB that I got a response. I was given a refund and offered to also refund the return postage. However this has not happened and my emails have been ignored again.
I never write reviews but don't want anyone else to be put in the same position. This has been going on for months and has been more stressful than buying shelves should ever be!

Amazing value for money, brilliant quality and super fast shipping. Bought several scaffolding board brackets for a large project at home and they arrived less than 3 days later.
They look fantastic and could not be happier.
