Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as was Jack. I bought a stunning G80 M3 remotely (I live in Scotland) which is slightly scary but the guys couldn’t have been more helpful. Lots of videos, pictures, info and phone calls. They helped with all the remote processing & paperwork, explaining what needed to happen and even doing a private Reg transfer for me remotely so that the car was just perfect at collection time.

Highly recommended for a hassle and pressure free buying experience.

If I could give 6 stars I would... Jack was so easy to deal with from start to finish. Upon arrival for the test drive, the car was ready and I was given the keys and not restricted to a set loop, so I could really see if the car was the right fit for me. When I returned there were no pushy sales tactics, just an honest conversation around my thoughts on the car which turned into a purchase. This is the second car I've purchased from Jack and both experiences have been identically top level.

I recently purchased an Audi S5 from Sutherland, and both the car and the customer service have been excellent. Great initial communication with James to arrange a viewing and test drive. I was given as much time as I wanted to look around the car, and James accompanied on the test drive so I could ask questions.
I returned a week later to collect, and the car was parked up ready in immaculate condition, which included the repair of a minor scuff identified when viewing. Dan went through the payment and admin quickly and efficiently, without it feeling rushed.

Extremely happy with the service here. Nothing was a problem for these guys, iv visited 3 other dealerships and these guys stand out from the others.
Any questions or issues I had with the car I they were all corrected and when I say issues I mean just couple marks that the sales man him self pointed out when viewing and said straight away they would correct these before I purchase, which they sure did.
I would deffo be recommending these guys to family and friends.
