Wow, what a way to feel welcomed. Walked in to try on different hats to be met with an extremely snobby lady who made my partner and I feel like we were not good enough to enter the store. Perhaps because we are young she presumed we did not have the funds to pay or that we were trying the hats on for costume? Either way we took our business elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

Went in to look at purchasing a tweed jacket and was thoroughly impressed by the overall customer experience. The range of clothing on display was excellent and the service was second to none. Will definitely go back for another jacket at some point.

Very poor customer service. Beware - this company does not provide refunds, even if you try to return a purchased item a couple of hours later as I did. Further, the quality of the product is such that it is not worth buying. You need to dry clean the jumpers if you want them to be wearable after a first wash.

I had been wanting a Harris tweed jacket for a while and was not expecting to find this shop when i visited Windsor. Excellent, found just what i wanted. The assistant in the shop was very helpful.

This is a high end store specialising in fine knits and cashmere. The quality is excellent and the prices do reflect the quality of the products so there are no throw away after a year items here.

Horrible Customer Service. This company is only interested in money, ignores the customers ('they are not recurring customers anyway, so why bother', I was told) and make them pay even for the mistakes of their own employees. Never again!
