Excellent lunch out with my mum. Food was excellent - very fresh and very tasty (would definitely recommend the apple and cinnamon crumble tart!) Great service from Ali, he was very friendly and efficient and made the whole experience better. Would definitely recommend a visit for a nice lunch in Summer!

I came in after a long day and ordered an extra hot latte with a custard danish and both were fabulous and the flavours merged in my mouth and made heaven with the strong latte balancing the sweet tinge of the custard crispy danish. On the other hand , the customer service was great and all servers were kind and patient especially Ripy.Her service was the best.Thank you Ripy.

I recently visited Ole & Steen in Windsor and it was a lovely experience. We were warmly welcomed by Sara, who provided exceptional service. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely kind – her hospitality made our visit stand out.

The selection of cookies, pastries, and coffee was outstanding. Each item was rich, creamy, and full of flavour, showcasing the high quality that Ole & Steen takes great pride in. Our coffee was smooth and indulgent – a true treat for coffee lovers.

The decor is minimalistic yet aesthetically pleasing, creating a classy and relaxed atmosphere.

Overall, my visit to Ole & Steen was thoroughly enjoyable. The combination of excellent service and quality food. Highly recommended!

Disgustingly dirty and sticky in here. Loads of rubbish and litter everywhere, tables were covered in dirt and even when wiped they were sticky. Ceiling is leaking so wet paper towels everywhere. The seats are cracked and worn. It probably looked nice a few years ago when it opened but it’s been maintained terribly.

Visited here today at lunchtime - ordered a smoked salmon roll, a blackberry bliss and a matcha latte… all delicious. Was served by Ali, who was friendly and professional. Whole place was clean and tidy and would definitely visit again

Popped in on a Sunday morning for some breakfast and was amazed by all the beautiful pastries and cinnamon buns. I had a prosciutto and mozzarella croissant which was delicious, chai latte and the lovely gentleman that served me gave me a cinnamon social on the house after he saw me gawping at them, which was really unexpected and very kind! All the staff seemed very attentive and went out of their way to make sure you had everything you need. Prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes as well and everything was really delicious. I really liked the laid back interiors too. I’ll definitely be back when in Windsor again.

A nice Danish bakery that offers a great and wide selection of Danish Pastries and sandwiches.

If you've been to Denmark, then the Ole & Steen branches are called Lagkagehuset, and they are really popular.

The sandwiches are delicious with a great variety of sandwiches hot or cold but you have to be quick as they can be gone, especially during lunchtimes. That's how exclusive they are.

The pastries are delicious and generous in size but the most popular and delicious pastry is the classic Social which is the ultimate Danish pastry.

I recommend the Matcha Latte, which, when compared to others, is the best tasting Matcha Latte.

The pricing is typical of any coffee house where some exclusive items will be more than the typical ones. This is worth what you get.
