🧸💝 Visited the toy department this week to buy a doll for a little girl and all the premium brands were available and a huge stock. I was assisted by a friendly and helpful lady who helped me choose just the right doll. Not the cheapest but well worth purchasing a good quality and safe product for a 2 year old! I noticed lots of other great toy and child craft items, a very good card selection with balloons etc. Daniels is the go to shop in Windsor for gifts!

Last month on a Saturday I was served by Alex and received the most excellent customer service.
I bought products from the beauty department and Alex is nothing short of fabulous. She is attentive, kind, approachable and a credit to the Company. Alex was able to discuss the products in a lovely and non pressured way and the whole experience was wonderful.
I have been coming to the store for many years and just had to finally make a review due to this highly positive visit.
I always find Daniels enjoyable and appreciate the fact that there is still a great department store with many lovely items to purchase. The large toy section has always been one of the favourites that the children always love.

Well, what can I say about this store. Unique gifts, great selection of branded clothes and most of all great staff!! Visited Windsor for a few days and visited the store a few times during our visit. We were lucky enough to be served by great staff. Paula on ladies wear, Manjit also on ladies wear and finally we had the privilege to meet Alison the Buyer. It was great chatting to you all and your friendliness was very warming. This is a great store, with a great choice. All quality products. What stands out the most though, is the staff. No rushing, no hard selling and they all seem very interested in you as a customer. Amazing store!! Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Daniel of Windsor, we will be back!!

Love their toys department, lovely helpful staff, amazing selection of products! Fantastic display of toys, kids can easily reach them and every product has price tag on so you don't have to check around for prices! Always enjoy going to Daniel!

An iconic shopping venue in Windsor.
Lots of history and still family run.
A great place to browse and shop.
Still retains the feel of the department stores that you visited as a child.
Prices throughout the store are very competitive.
The first floor toy department is amazing, while the cafe/restaurant, also on the first floor, serves a lovely English breakfast.
There's also two other eateries within the store to cater for all tastes.
One of the focal points of modern day Windsor.
Well done to the management and staff for your continued great work.

Famous, family-run independent department store in Windsor. This store has an amazingly eclectic range of merchandise and a slightly cluttered and maze-like layout that is quite endearing. Definitely worth a visit. There is also a boots and a couple of cafés within the store.

Staff are customer focused and would not help if they think you cant afford anything . Also if you’re from an ethnic minority background then staff intend to ignore you unless from a rich state. Most of the products are overpriced compared to the current market prices and the store layout is very old fashioned. Most products on hangers are tried on so many times that they are not even buying . Would not recommend . Toy section is great and kids enjoy

Absolutely lovely old style shopping experience, a proper department store, selling si mant different types of things, with happy helpful staff who obviously enjoy working their.
It's so much nicer than on line shopping. You can see, feel, touch, and try on whatever you want to buy 1st. Well worth a visit.
