The manager is extremely rude. Whenever the manager is present on the shop floor there always seems to be an issue with returns. Today when I made a visit to the shop trying to return an item which was on sale but at the time when I purchased the item a volunteer politely informed me that I had 2 weeks to return the item. As to when I visited today to return the item the manager claimed that there was a rule as to where on sale items can’t be returned and that there was a sign stating so,when challenged about it she failed to proove that such a rule exists as the sign couldn’t be found as it wasn’t displayed in the first place. Constantly stating that i should’ve seen the sign as to which it wasn’t visible.
Unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with.
