I ordered polo shirts and hoodies for my daughter. Decent quality uniform (my daughter loves the material in the hoodies) at a sensible price, so would have got 5 stars.

But they insist on a signature on delivery, even though everything else I get from DPD just gets left in a safe place without trouble (I'm in a rural area, not a town). And that's not convenient for me. So lose one star for a rigid delivery policy that clearly isn't customer-centred.

When I ordered online I included a note to say that I can't offer signature on delivery, and to simply leave in safe place. I didn't get a call or email back to discuss, nothing, just a system generated email to say everything had been dispatched and I'd need to sign for it. So lose another star for poor customer communication.

Still good quality clothing at sensible prices though, no issues at all there, just a shame the business is let down by customer policies and service standards.

Terrible quality blazers at a high price and even worse customer sercice. I ordered a 44 blazer, received a 42 without asking me first if that was ok and told me my son can wear it until the new one came in that was significantly delayed. Then I received an email long after saying I can only return the small blazer when the original one I ordered came in if it still had tags on and uniform policy says a blazer must be worn at all times. SCAM ALERT!

Rude customer services lady! Asked if I could pay extra for next day DPD delivery as missed delivery for start of school and she said no I can’t do that, I don’t see what the problem is when I have done it before with direct clothes?
Clothing sizes are awful
