Management, you need to do better. Especially for a 'new' store. The employees don't treat customers' time as important. Several employees wandering around. Or taking questions then not following up. The checkout area, who designed this? There is no space. Customers leave feeling like this store's layout is not well designed.

Yes one Range looks like another but the homebase ones feel much airier and brighter.

The Knaphill Range stands out for me because of the staff. I've been a few times since it opened and they are always friendly and helpful. Particularly the young man who helped me after I accidentally left some items at the checkout.

Disappointed as it just looks like Homebase, all done in a rush. Have been to others that have just opened and only one actually was well set out, clean with plenty of stock & ideas.

The shop is lovely and I like the layout out but when I can to pay, the lady at the desk did not seem very welcoming and it was hard for her to be happy , so very disappointed 😞

The store is not wheelchair friendly and when complained to staff the attitude stunk and was told that they never had intentions of making it wheelchair friendly would not be shopping here again
