My friends and I stayed here for a much needed girls weekend and it definitely lived up to our expectations. The staff were warm and beyond accommodating. A special thanks to the lovely waitress who took such lovely pictures of us at lunch! The gnocchi was absolutely delicious!||The hydro pool was the perfect temperature and the deep tissue massage I received from Laura S was just what I needed. She gave me such helpful advice and recommendations based on my consultation which will continue to help me long after the session.|The spa was fantastic and so were the beautiful views as we sunbathed by the pool.||My room and bathroom were spacious and clean and the bed was just so comfy. The only let downs were the moths that were sleeping in my towels and between my pillows, the lack of plug sockets by the bed as well as them being outdated (no USB A or C ports), terrible WiFi signal and the positioning of the lift which made it quite difficult to get to my room with my luggage. My room seemed to be between floors that the lift serviced so I had to choose to either walk up the stairs or down the stairs with my luggage. The member of staff that we encountered while trying to find our rooms wasn’t the helpful either as he at first said our rooms numbers did not exist. He also didn’t offer to help us up the stairs with our luggage… ||Apart from that, I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend to physically strong people haha. I look forward to getting the opportunity to revisit soon!

Had a spa day here with a friend with afternoon tea. Thoroughly enjoyed my treatments with Maria, she was excellent and made sure that everything was tailored to my needs whilst ensuring it was totally relaxing. Started with a 25 minute back massage which was lovely, then a 55 minute facial. I have facials quite regularly elsewhere but this was by far one of the best I've had and left my skin looking and feeling amazing, it's a shame this facility isn't closer to my home as I'd be using Maria as my regular facial lady going forward.

We found the changing rooms were quite busy but there was plenty of space once outside to relax, luckily the weather was great so we could lounge outside in the sun and catch some rays.

I recently attended a friend's surprise 50th birthday celebration at the hotel's private dining area and had an unforgettable time. The service was exceptional, special thanks to Rashi and Prem for making the evening special. The food was outstanding; it was so amazing that people wanted to take some home! The bisque station was a highlight for me and I especially loved the different toppings you can add to your soup. I even went back for seconds! The private dining setup was intimate and beautiful, and the celebrant was deeply moved by the thoughtful arrangements. It was a night filled with joy and wonderful memories for everyone.

The hotel facilities were great and was in a great location. The staff were all lovely and very attentive. The spa facilities were excellent and we really enjoyed the no children times. The firm/hard bed was not to our liking and led to an uncomfortable night's sleep. The lack of plug sockets in the room as a bit of an issue and there was no main light in the bedroom area just a lamp. The restaurant was fantastic although a little pricey!

The best spa trip and treatment I’ve ever had!
Normally it feels a bit rushed but the massage and facial was just perfect. The therapists were so friendly and knowledgable, I couldn’t have asked for more. I feel totally relaxed.

We were bought a gift to visit the Berystede Hotel Spa, but unfortunately, our experience was far from relaxing. Upon arrival, we discovered that there was a water aerobics class going on, which was incredibly busy and loud. It completely disrupted the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for.

We decided to try the outdoor pool, but it was disappointingly dirty, which made it unappealing to stay in for long. On top of that, all the sunbeds were occupied with towels, and we couldn't find a place to relax. We ended up spending less than an hour and a half at the spa, as it just wasn't the serene escape we had envisioned.

I also had a facial, which felt incredibly rushed. The therapist didn’t seem focused on creating a calming experience but instead spent the entire time telling me her life story. It felt more like a casual chat than a therapeutic session, and I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived.

Overall, this spa seems more suited for people looking to hit the gym or take a quick swim, rather than those wanting a relaxing retreat. I would not recommend it for anyone seeking tranquility or a soothing spa day.

Such a lovely place and so as the staff. We celebrated someone's birthday and all had a lovely time. Everything was perfect from food to guests service particularly the F&B Manager Mr. Prem and staff. Thank you for making our stay extra special. Hat's off to you guys! 🙏👏
