After visiting today I had to leave a review after how impressed we all was with the day. Took my 3 children 11,8,7 my older 2 both have additional needs and managed well. I was so impressed with all of it my 11 year old was even blown away.
Me and my husband thought Santa was amazing took so much time with them it felt like such a magical experience. Impressed with the gifts and also the fact you get another to give them on Christmas Day. We have done so many Christmas Events and nothing beats Lapland uk.

A magical experience from start to finish. A lot of thought has gone in to the planning and detail. The experience takes about 5 hours but we felt like we needed more time in the village.
My Grandson enjoyed the ice skating, hot chocolate, making toys to help the elves, decorating the gingerbread cookie with Mother Christmas and the visit to Father Christmas.
Well worth the money to keep the magic alive for the small folk. Big folk make sure you join in!!!!

Lapland UK exceeded my expectations. We went mid week at the end of November and paid Β£100 each which was worth it for the best Santa experience we've ever had - we were very lucky with the weather being a sunny crisp winter day. I would guess that you would have to go to the actual Lapland to have a better experience.

My 6 year old daughter loved the experience, from receiving the invite beforehand to every aspect of the day. The quality of the sets, the attention to detail, the staff and the actors were all outstanding. Yes you will feel like some things are too expensive (such as Β£5 reindeer food that you can't use to feed the reindeer), but it was what we expected.

Overall, I would definitely recommend a visit if your children are of the age to believe in the magic.

Astonishing! Magical! Unreal! Our first time visiting and I cannot put into words how much my whole family enjoyed the visit. Every single detail is meticulously carried out, timings are impeccable and you just feel like you’re the only ones there. Santa Claus is fantastic! Spends time talking with the children. All the activities are so well thought out and enjoyable. Every effort has been made to make it such an unforgettable experience! Thank you πŸ™‚

I'll start, and say I am really on the fence with the scoring of this... firstly it is a heck of a lot of money to spend on a day out, but on the other hand they have gone to great lengths to make it feel special.... anyway how our visit went...

Started on a bit of a negative, got there nice and early but had to do 3 laps of the car park before we actually found a parking space. Once out of the car, we got some walking boots on (it's generally OK in most areas, occasional muddy in places) short walk to the entrance. The departure area isn't massive, but there are a few things to look at / take pictures of etc. We tried our best to avoid getting dragged in to buying 'extras', and thankfully the kids were quite happy without a Β£25 hat...! Was a tad bit worried it was going to be a massive group, but actually the group size was OK.

Checking in and moving through lapland was done really well, with everyone fully in character and checking in on the small folk through out. The elves did a cracking job and moved everything along really smoothly, very impressive (without giving away too much of what actually happened!)

The elf village was set out well too, I think we had just over an hour to explore - which included me and my son hopelessly trying to ice skate (never again!) whilst my wife and daughter seemed to have 'less' issues! A few places to eat / drink, but again we tried to limit this so we could continue to experience everything there was there.

The most impressive bits for me was the visit to the big man himself, our elf guide did a fabulous job in keeping the small folk busy until Santa was ready for us - and once we got in, the kids actually engaged with him (which hasn't happened very often!) It also didn't feel rushed, and we managed to get some photos in to remember the occasion.

We have talked about if we would go again... perhaps... but it was incredibly expensive! Either way, I'm really glad we had an opportunity to experience it this time.

What can I say. I'm normally a glass half empty person, who can find faults easily.

But on the 27th November. I went on the superstar day with my two additional needs sons and my partner.

My partner booked this and I didn't really know what to expect.
From the moment we walked in, the attention to detail was clearly there. The sets were incredible. Staff friendly and fully in character.

The whole day was magical. And didn't disappoint.

All your staff were a credit to you.
But a few made my experience even more special.

The small time we had with them
Left a beautiful memory. With the way the interacted with my boys and seeing my boys emerged in their magic story telling.

They were. Compass. Mother Christmas. Tall tree. Chatter and finally Father Christmas.

To wrap this up. I couldn't fault any of the day. Thank you for creating magical memories that will last forever.

We managed to get Tickets for the same time for a family of 10 (x6 +x4) of us, we are the Grandparents. My Daughter contacted the Admin team they sorted it for us to go into one group.
It was fabulous, the children adored it, so excited as they walked in. We were lucky cold but no rain.
It is spectacular especially if you look at it through a child's eyes, totally magical.
Us big people loved it too, so well put together.
We took a baby in a buggy, pushing it on the wood chip outer floors was challenging at times but it's not the end of the world. I think the disabled would struggle tho ' on the wood floor.

We did eat there. It was okay for mass catering and the Loo's far better than expected.

I have been to the real Lapland to see "Father Christmas" when my daughter was younger completely different experience
There is probably more to do here for smaller ones than the" Real McCoy" and not so cold for them.

I would definitely recommend it's not a cheap day out, but significantly cheaper than flying up to the real "Lapland".
We will definitely try and go back when the Baby who was in the buggy will be bigger.

I read all the positive reviews and walked in with already very high expectations. Somehow Lapland managed to exceed them 10x! What an astonishingly creative, thoughtful, magical and perfectly executed production! The culmination is meeting Father Christmas, which was a beautiful and emotional experience even for the grown ups. Thank you for the memories, team Lapland, we can’t wait to be back next year! ❀️
