Hi All,

I have a bought the Google Tag Manager Plugin ( 100+ GBP x 2) for our Magento 2 store which is under development for 1+ years. And we planned to go live around this year and found that they have released few updates for the same which are only of bug fixes. When I try to approach them for updates I am shocked to hear that I have to pay another 50GBP to get the update.

I have bought 10+ plugin from Amasty, Mirasvit, Aheadworks, LOF, MageTrend and many more. All of them provide lifetime free updates even though they keep adding new features.

I requested them to provide the latest update of the plugin considering a person have spent 200+ GBP on it and they havent done any improvement to that plugin other than bug fixes. But the owner of the platform who serves the chat and email support "Shivani Nayyar" refuses and close the support and went away.

I am in no position to pay them 50GBP just for the bug fixes they made which they should release it for free. And they going to keep milking out money for all the bug fixes they going to release. So I am going to spend the same money on other providers who can provide much better support and lifetime updates.

If you somehow landed on their portal, think thrice before making payment to them as they will going to milk you more money for half baked products.

Been using Scommerce for over 10 years for all Magento development needs. I run a medium sized business with a lot of moving parts. Development is an area i don't have to worry about, as long as Scommerce manage it!

I purchased a Magento extension which does not work at advertised, in fact it doesn't work at all and adds impossible to change content to the shop checkout that looks and sounds as if it has been generated by someone who doesn't speak English - which I'm sure it has. Functionally, the extension doesn't perform at advertised either. The Company's response is sorry, that's the way it is. We might look at fixing it in a future release. Further, when I looked at the code they have provided it's extremely badly written. I can only say don't trust this company.
