First time doing BIAB and my nails are looking really great. I’ve just showed them a picture of what I want and I was so happy how it turned out. I’ve tried most, if not all the nail salons in Ascot, but this one I’m really impressed. Will definitely be back.

NOT GOOD - ALL BIAB NAILS FELL OFF WITHIN 2 WEEKS!

To the manager, I’m not going to entertain your unprofessional responses about your customers’ personal lives. Please stop lying about me being pregnant AND bringing my daughter - you’re very rude so stop embarrassing yourself.

Based on my experience and your shocking responses I would NEVER return to your salon. I sincerely hope prospective customers and fellow locals see this conversation and go elsewhere as this is how you handle things when you’ve provided a below satisfactory service. Also shows a lot about your real character. Thank you 🙂

*Update*
Less than 2 weeks and one nail has already broken off (see photo). No excuse for a £47 service and absolutely silly that the manager brings up my very well behaved child like it’s a favour. Does this mean pregnant women are an inconvenience to you too? Because a bump would take up just as much space at the desk.

I've been coming to do my nails here for several months; however, the last two visits have not been satisfactory. Nail technicians tend to sand down natural nails too much, which caused one nail to break (very painful). The last visit was just not the color I wanted but I had to go to work as it had already taken an hour. While I'm local, I will go elsewhere in the future.

I love it here. I come every two weeks to get my nails done. The staff are so nice and fun and polite and friendly. Hannah is the best!!! The manicures are always so skilfully done and elegant. Always feel so pampered when I come here, and the salon is very relaxed and calming. I really recommend getting the builder gel - it makes your nails strong and lets them grow by themselves. Now I have gorgeous long and strong nails 🩷💕

Since I have started getting my nails done here Hannah and Jack and their staff always do such a brilliant job. Their products are very good quality and excellent value for money. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They always make my nails look lovely afterwards. I always leave the nail salon feeling happy and very pleased with the service that I receive. The prices are worth paying, good value for money. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone xx

Jack and Hannah are absolutely brilliant when it comes to nails. They are the most skillful in the area whether it’s manicure, pedicure, foot massage, infill builder gel, SNS, acrylic nails or nail design you are in the right place!!
