I absolutely love my tree it's so realistic but much easier to put up. The only thing is I haven't got any control for the lights but it's not a problem as I dont want them flashing. I would definitely buy from here again

Furniture gets a thumbs up however delivery service and customer service are dreadful. I was told I would get a text on the day with a time window for delivery. Well that text never arrived, I had to call them and was told it would be delivered in the afternoon. Afternoon came and went then I had to call them and it was then I was told it would be delivered the following day, frustrating seeing as I had taken the day off (costing me a days wages) delivery arrived eventually the following day after numerous phone calls at 4.15pm. Delivery driver was not very helpful, goods were on a pallet and he wanted to just drop it in the middle of the road, despite me offering to move my car so the pallet would not be blocking the road. in the end I got him to offload the boxes manually and I put them on the pavement. I have emailed White stores customer service twice and have not even had the decency of a reply let alone an apology and an offer of compensation for a loss of days waged would have been nice.

Another company that is happy to take your money, offer you all the time in the world until you make the purchase then forget all about you. Never again will I purchase from here which is a shame as there were a couple of additional items I required

Brought a cube set about a year ago and also brought the storage box for the cushions. We were told that we could keep them in there all year round to only get them out the other day to have all mould over them! Called and spoke to someone who said nothing can be done even though we were told the wrong information!! I think it's disgusting having spent alot of money and being told wrong information and for them to not do anything!!! I would be very careful with this company!

Experience in store was good... from then on, oh dear... we knew we would have to wait for part of our order but the first part was supposed to be delivered within a week or so. The order hadn't been split properly so that didn't happen until we pushed the right button on their delivery tracking website (No one told us we had to do something to split it - we thought it was just done). That delivery got cancelled and over an hour on the phone later and making enough fuss we got another delivery date that wasn't too far in the future, but still missing a few items (annoying as the items were originally in stock when we ordered, but fair enough to get most of it sooner). Delivery arrived a few hours ago. Just look at the state of the boxes. Only opened one so far and the table top glass is broken - no surprise. Not looking forward to opening the others when I get back from work to see what else is broken. Just tried calling customer service. 30mins wait 20th in the queue. Right, not doing that, I guess I'm not the only one calling the after care team. Just emailed their customer service instead - lets see how this goes... hopefully I have something more positive to follow up with - but I suspect it might take a while.

Oh just got a response... ah no, just an automated email telling me it will be 48-72 hours before anyone will get back to me. Hey ho... better get back in to the phone queue again I guess.

Absolute shambles of a delivery, arrived damaged. On inspection fire pit smashes to pieces. Currently waiting to speak to someone after 48 minutes on hold !
