Amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

Zip had broken on our sofa cushion that I was unable to fix at home. 5 minutes later with know how and deft skills, sofa cushion fixed. Didn’t know this tailors existed in Winchester. Will definitely be revisiting.

An exceptional tailor in the centre of Winchester. I’ve had two vintage Alpaca coats altered here to the highest standard. Attention to detail is given at measuring stage and questions asked about how you want the item to look. Murat is also very helpful with his suggestions. Prices sensible! Quality of work is genuinely 5-Star and I cannot recommend highly enough.

This review is long overdue. I visited here based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. I had a beautiful pair of jeans that I couldn’t wear, so Murat took them up while keeping the original hem and now they’re my favourite jeans. He did a beautiful job and I will definitely be going back. Thank you

These guys are great. I have used them on 2 occasions
1. When my wedding suit had been butchered by the company I bought it, I took it here. With 2 days notice they sorted it out and it looked brilliant.

2. I ripped my jacket in town and stopped by, they fixed it there and then. They also did an amazing job!

Not only fixed favourite hole-ridden dungarees, but also advised me where to buy replacement buckles, as well as texting when the item was finished. This might not sound like much - but the fix was complex (threadbare bottom section and holes). The buckles simple - but sourcing them had been difficult. A gentleman and a talent. Don’t hesitate to send your items that need tailoring 🙏

Murat is an exceptional tailor. Since I found Winchester Tailoring I have taken in many items for repairs, basic alterations and more complex tailoring work. Everything comes back very quickly, fits perfectly and is beautifully sewn and pressed. I can't even find the repair sites or where items have been taken in because the work is so good. Recently I took my favourite pair of trousers which have been too small for me for the past couple of years and Murat took the waistband and zip out and they fit better than ever! I'm so glad I can wear them again.

There are many places such as dry cleaners who offer 'alterations' now, but expect you to have measured and even pinned your clothes first. Murat is an experienced and skilled tailor with a private changing room, so you can just put your items on and he will measure and tailor them to fit you. Ive been so happy with my items I've stopped buying new clothes and started having my existing ones tailored to look better instead, so they look and feel as if they were made for me! Thank you Murat!

Wonderful service, repaired the zip on a coat in minutes and at very low cost!
Also took up the hem of a lined winter coat, better quality tailoring than the original job done by Hobbs! I would thoroughly recommend Winchester Tailoring!
