Highly recommend this store to go to, Francesco was lovely, so helpful and patient with all of my queries. Excellent, as I felt I had received a frosty welcome from another staff member. Francesco rectified this, and I will be returning as it was such great service.

The staff in this shop are little better than useless. Firstly I asked for help with a new phone and after about 40 minutes of fiddling around I was told the phone was broken and to send it back to John Lewis. I queried this and the chap went off to ask a colleague and miraculously the problem was solved! Then my son and I went in to sort out ordering a new phone and putting the contract into his name. We duly ordered the phone and were told that the contract was now in my son's name. Since then we have discovered that one has to speak to customer service to organise that. why did they mislead us? Perhaps so as not to jeopardise the sale Customer service has said we have to go into Winchester. Winchester says not, and blames Customer Service. They seem oblivious to the fact that they are all O2 and should not be blaming their colleagues! The final straw was when the human being that had originally claimed to have sorted the contract, got offended because I referred to her as a 'lady'! The world has gone completely bonkers!

I received outstanding customer service from Darren at the Winchester 02 branch today. He was professional, patient and very kind and reassuring. Customer service like this is rare these days and I cannot recommend this Advisor and this store enough. I’m not tech savvy so Darren’s help was invaluable.

I've been an O2 customer for many years now. I do admit that I'm not particularly tech savvy and therefore use the store for any advice regarding phone. In all my visits to the store, I have found the staff to be so helpful and friendly. They explain things to me in plain words that I can understand. Great store, great staff!

Customer service is terrible. They charged me 200 pounds accidentally then cancelled my service without notifying me. Also, my phone hasn’t worked to call outside the uk for over a year, they can’t figure out why, and they want me to pay out the duration of my contract rather than just letting me cancel my service (since it doesn’t even work). The folks in the store are very kind but aren’t empowered to actually help which means i have to call customer service which has an average hold time of 30 minutes. I would not recommend o2 to my worst enemy.
