Rude staff. I couldn’t find what l was looking for, and when l asked the young Asian girl at the tills, she laughed, and said “ we don’t sell that”. Disgraceful customer service !

Couldn't be more helpful. Was shopping with my toddler not long before they were due to close. My son got his second wind and was a bit of a handful. The shop manager and assistant kindly offered to pack my bags and help me take them to the car. The store is clean and well laid out with decent offers and prices. Free parking included. Thanks guys for making my life just a little easier tonight. Your kindness shone through and is an example for us all.

The new co op in Bourne End is fantastic. ALL the staff there are incredibly helpful and all members of staff go out there way to accommodate the customer.
I would like to nominate all team members for their continuous customer services on the Oak tree road co op. Morgan, Siva, Sureka,Billy, and everyone else in the co op bubble. There are really important names to mention aswell.All members off staff over the years have made life shopping enjoyable and I thank u and given me such amazing 120%customer experience and for me,especially now, the co op rules.

Very good selection for the size of store. The aisles were a good size and there are a few free carpark spaces behind the store.

I always like shopping at Co Op as it has its own car park. So sad today to find parking time reduced and parking monitored by Horizons. Not sure I can get shop done in time.
