I’ve been a couple of times now and both times I’ve been really impressed with the variety of ranges and sizes of Jellycat stuffed toys, I always leave with something special. Friendly staff are happy to help too. Definitely coming back again!

Completely agree with Poppy’s review below. I walked past the shop with my friend and noticed a jellycat keyring in the window. I wish I’d kept walking. The older lady with brown hair was so rude. Snapped at us for looking at it and then proceeded to treat us like an inconvenience for wanting to buy it. To top it off they are so expensive! I paid £23 when they are £15 online. Annoyed with myself for giving this shop my money. Don’t make the same mistake!

Avoid this shop at all costs, I have been in here multiple times due to them stocking a wide range of jellycats. Staff have become very obsessive over their jellycats, there is a Middle Aged female staff member with a dark straight bob who stares at you as though you’ve killed someone when you even pick the jellycats up. She will literally stand next to you and watch you whilst you are looking at them, it makes you feel so uncomfortable and like you have done something wrong. If you are in Winchester and want jellycats there is a lovely shop behind the cathedral next to the Wykeham arms called the Corn flowers gift shop and they are so lovely in there and let you browse without feeling like you’ve just committed a crime. Please go give them your money not the awful shop that is warren and son
