I chose this hairdresser because Lucy specializes in cutting curly hair, and I’m so glad I did! I had my color done by Chloe and my cut by Lucy. It can be tricky to get an appointment since Lucy is quite busy, so if you need a weekend slot like me, I’d recommend booking in advance. They had to reschedule my appointment, but they were incredibly accommodating.

The salon itself is beautiful with a great atmosphere—you feel super comfortable. Chloe was amazing at listening and helping me choose the perfect red-brown shade, and she was so lovely throughout the process. Lucy was also incredible—she understands curly hair so well, and I trusted her completely. The results were fantastic!

I also purchased two products from Authentic Beauty Concept: the Glow Spray Serum, which smells amazing and protects from heat, and the Hydrate Curl Enhancer, which hydrates and styles curls beautifully. I used it alongside a peptide from ICON, and the results were bouncy, loose curls with no frizz.

I’ll definitely be coming back regularly and can’t recommend this place enough! Plus, it’s well-located in the center of Winchester

I booked in to see Barry for a restyle on the advice of a friend.I’d been going to the same hairdresser for many years, but recently hadn’t been overly happy with my cut.
I was equal parts terrified and excited, but Barry put me at ease straight away and was great at communicating. I came out with an amazing cut and feeling fantastic!I’m so glad I was brave enough to make the change!

Colour by Chloe and Cut by Lucy. WOW! It is the best colour and cut of my life. I have wavy tricky hair and have never left a salon without needing a post salon wash and dry. Lucy nailed the cut and dry, my curly waves were perfect and it look and feel amazing. The colour is glorious, with warm tones to welcome autumn. The size of the highlights perfectly highlight my cut. Thank you so much for a fresh youthful look.

I got my hair done by Keith -- highlighted, shadow-toned, and generally toned. Absolutely so happy with it. I have naturally curly hair, but whenever I've had my hair done in other places, it has always been dried to be either straight, or straight and wavy -- my natural curly hair was nowhere to be seen. When Keith diffused my hair, I was completely taken aback. Having my hair dried to its natural curl, I genuinely couldn't believe how pretty my natural hair is -- and how curly it can be. Thank you so much Keith, I don't think I was able to express it properly then as I was so surprised but I absolutely love it!!

Keith did an amazing half-head highlights and trim. I'm very happy with the colour and Keith spent so much time explaining how best to place the highlights and what sort of shades/ tones to go for in order to achieve the best natural and low-maintenance look. The three hours also flew by - Keith has the most hilarious stories. Chloe and Ava were also lovely getting cups of teas and were very friendly and welcoming.
