Do not buy Experience Days from these people. Look at what you want to do and buy direct. For example, I bought a Windsor Castle entry and Windsor Castle Hotel Afternoon Tea for two. I wanted an extra single so booked direct for the same thing and it was a hell of a lot cheaper! Also the extra single ticket allowed for a free year pass to Windsor Castle whereas the two tickets bought through Acorne did not. Awful wish washy generic reply when I pointed the above out to Acorne.

Absolutely horrendous customer service when it came to exchanging / extending vouchers bought with them. The experiences offered were poor and not readily available. Fine print is a killer with this company.

Very bad experience trying to communicate with these people.
#1 Phone number doesn't work
#2 Being charged twice a month for the same service and can not contact the to be reimbursed for six months double dipping
#3 No answer from email ?

Terrible customer service over the phone. Arrogant and uncaring. Did eventually speak to a supervisor who was apologetic, but why Virgin link themselves to this organisation is bewildering.
