Great store with a very large range of frozen foods, plus other items to pick up so many great bargains to keep the cost of your shopping bill down, especially at this time of year.

Till queues do get very large at times, but I always find it well worth the wait, as the staff I find are quite friendly to serve you most of the times I have shopped there, but as I am not a local, other people may disagree?

You need to improve customer service. Whenever I come here, only one till open. We need to waiting more than half hour for long queues . Please hiring some staffs and do your work more efficiently. Thank you.

Great supermarket for quick buys in winchester. Several parking spaces are also near when you need to buy something quickly. Prices are good, quality is also good although some stocks tend to be gone fast but that's just how things are in a supermarket. Overall experience, it's a great supermarket especially if you're looking for something bigger sizes/packs.

Nice little supermarket , very handy and close to the main car park at the Brooks , easy to access the car park with the supermarket trolley .
Well stocked although some fresh stock has very limited use by dates . No queue at tills which was a pleasant surprise and great service .

I went into Iceland's today and as I asking a shop assistant if they stocked a particular item they started dropped products on the floor, I made light of this so as not to embarrass them, they shouted at me for this stating "I KNOW STOP GOING ON ABOUT IT" and then demanded that I not touch them.
I'll quantify that I had no intention of "touching" this shop assistant in anyway shape or form. I find it offensive that this shop assistant would think this and voice it.

I do not expect to be spoken to like this when I go into a shop and in this case I'll not in any circumstances be going back to Iceland's again to spoken to like this any time soon. Since when has it been customer service policy in any shop to speak to a customer like this?

Suffice to say I left without purchasing anything. I didn't feel any respect or dignity during this interaction although I feel I respected and gave dignity towards the shop assistant at all times during this interaction.

Only a small Icelands, but they have managed to efficiently use the space. Staff are friendly and helpful. Produce is usually always stocked and the store clean. Cashier staff seem to cope well during busy periods. The only let down is due to it's small size, not all items/deals or favourites may be available.
