The overall range of products in the Tickford Superstore in Newport Pagnell is good, with a decent variety for the size of the store. It stocks all the general items that convenience stores typically offer and appears to be well-kept. However, I find the prices slightly high, which is expected given the type of shop it is.

The most negative part of my experience occurred on a recent visit. While this doesn't apply to all staff, I was served by the most miserable person on the till tonight. When I asked for a bag, I was looked at like I was scum. The staff member had zero customer service skills. If this is your level of service, you shouldn't bother working or owning a shop. Although other staff members have been polite, this older gentleman on the till was particularly unpleasant. I will be going further down the road now for a more welcoming service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. RUDE!!! LOST MY PARCEL AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME WHEN I ASKED HIM TO LOOK FOR MY PARCEL CLAIMING HE IS BUSY. IVE BEEN SEVERAL TIMES, I KNOW HOW 'BUSY' IT CAN GET WHEN I SEE STAFFS TWIDDLING THEIR THUMBS AT THE CASHIER.

There is a pandemic, I have given up carying cash because most places are insisting on cashless, these guys take card but only unless you spend £5, so unless I buy more than I want I can't pay, I only had my phone setup on payments because it seems pointless in carying cash. Having a hypo and desparately needing to eat I but to walk away.
