I find the shop staff very friendly and very efficient and the prices are very fair. However, it is the Post Office that I use very regularly and Heidi behind the counter is a real breath of fresh air. She is always so cheerful and extremely helpful. In fact nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for her. She even supplied me with sellotape the other day to finish sticking down a package that was being particularly troublesome! 11/10 for Heidi 👍

Gone downhill. the 2 new owners are absolutely clueless and always overcharge.
It was great when Mr and Mrs Pinner was running the business.

If you're dropping off or collecting a parcel there expect to get second class treatment. People behind me in the queue were served first if they were buying something from the shop. The ladies working in the post office are very good though.

The new business owners does not have a clue ! The main post office is never open in the afternoon ! Massive queues,short staff and you just see a guy running around the shop topping up the stock instead dealing with a queues

I went to this post office twice. I didn’t leave a bad review after the first time as I believe that everybody deserves a second chance and the lady might’ve had a bad day. I’ve been there today, been served by the very same lady and she was so rude. She doesn’t know please and thank you. No ‘hello’, no ‘how can I help?’ what so ever… “put it on the scale” - in a rude tone - that was all. Customer service isn’t a suitable role for everybody.
