The manager is simply unprofessional.
You do not honour your return policy of faulty unfit items and you pretend to know what you are talking about. I will be escalating my complaint to the highest levels within Argos and will get a refund and an apology. The manager lacks basic manners training.
The manager is rude and the service is poor.
Avoid this store at all costs!!!!!

Worst service & disgusting verbal attitude from staff and the WORST MANAGER EVER!!! he should be sacked for is disgusing attitude, took an item in to be changed i had my receipt and just wanted an upgrade, no one knew what they were doing, it was run like a CIRCUS with clowns, I asked to speak to the manager because the staff were so rude and incompetent, that when the manager came out, he already had an attitude on & a huge chip on is shoulder!! i am shocked that this store is operating at all, because i have never met such a bunch of people that just dont know what there doing, let alone work in this retail shop, it baffles me,

So pleased with customer service in Stratford upon avon store today. I went with a damaged dyson hoover that had Argos care plan still and there 2 shop members I think one was the manager who went the extra mile to help me get the issue sorted! Thank you very much for helping me today. Another happy customer.

Had a problem with a Nintendo Switch. I'd rather not have had to deal with an aggressive and borderline rude customer agent. Eventually snagged another employee for an independent vote on the problem and he agreed the Switch was not in order. Swap out was eventually completed, but first irritate the customer. Will look elsewhere first next time.

Awful, Confirmed delivery time by email and a text for Friday between 9-11am. 2 kids beds and also a freezer.
Surprise, nothing came, so I called and after being on hold for 47 mins I got told nothing was in stock, took my money 2 weeks ago for items they could not deliver.
Girl on the phone was not bothered in the slightest, I had nothing for the kids to sleep on so went to Stratford Bed Centre, they delivered the very next day.
Will not buy from Argos again.

We visited this store on Saturday 13th March, The staff couldn't have been more helpful and polite. The three young people who worked in the store were perfect in every way. Argos should be proud of them. Thank you all very much.

I’m giving this store 5 stars purely because of the customer service I received from Lotty. She was amazing!! She went above and beyond to sort an issue with a TV for me, ringing around other stores and to organise a delivery. It’s not the type of service you expect these days. Lotty is an asset to the store and I can’t thank her enough.
